Payments
Bank deposits are accepted through Scotiabank accounts. Transfers from other local banks are welcome; however, cross-bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to reflect. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been confirmed. For orders paid via bank deposit, proof of payment must be submitted within 48 hours via WhatsApp at 876-773-7542 so processing can begin. Orders without payment confirmation after 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping
Please ensure your shipping information and contact details are entered correctly at checkout based on your selected delivery option. For direct deliveries, provide an address where you can easily be reached.If you need to change your shipping details after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 876-773-7542 or email pureradiancefemininecare@gmail.com.
Knutsford Express orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping timelines depend on when your order is placed, payment is confirmed, and processing is completed.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Reach out via WhatsApp or call 876-773-7542, or email pureradiancefemininecare@gmail.com.Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the items received so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong item.
