Processing
All orders require a processing period of 1–3 business days, which is separate from the delivery time once your package has been collected from our location by our courier. This applies to all shipping methods, including Direct Deliveries, Home Deliveries & Knutsford Express.
Please note that after payment has been authorized and verified, orders may still take up to 2 business days to be processed. Processing times are estimates only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping / Delivery
We utilize multiple shipping and delivery couriers to send packages across Jamaica. Once your order has been processed, your shipping or delivery date will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp message.
Direct Delivery (Daily 11am-5pm)
After payment confirmation, you will be notified of your delivery day and time via email or WhatsApp message.
Central Montego Bay: Free
Express Delivery (Bearer Service): $700
Knutsford Express (Island-wide) Available for dispatch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Once your payment has been confirmed and your order processed, you will be informed of the scheduled shipping day. After dispatch, your tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp. A $700 fee is payable directly to Knutsford Express at the time of collection. Packages are usually ready for pickup the following day.
